Unapologetic natural dyes and catalogs of colors were explicit in nature to inquest upon. Glorious colors can be produced in the kitchen, from insects, leaves, stalks, flowers, etc. Five hundred species of plants produce indigo blue and bark while fungi can produce brown. Extracts are derivatives of these natural materials and are fine, concentrated powders or liquids.
Colors were a means of social status, but worthy became the synthesized ones. We decided to make colors more than just a source of pleasure to something environmentally valuable. Teraamsh will nudge sustainable behavior and motivate people into making natural dyes worthy of social status.
With more care and intentness, I learned different facets of eco-printing from my Japanese, Indonesian and Russian pals. Went all in and did extensive research. My early focus was only on pre and post-maternity clothing. Pregnancy changes women all at once. Women adapt to pregnancy depending on their context and environment. I wanted to put new mothers at ease with my brand. There was no other way than to don them with the most natural and organic outfits.
Teraamsh has probed into the roots of eco-printing and natural dyeing way too much to help new mothers. Over the years, after a lot of learning and research, we can now vouch for our products' safety and sustainability. We support mother earth by supporting young women who want to embrace motherhood. Overall Teraamsh is about shifting the behavior of customers toward sustainable and conscious purchasing starting with young mothers yielding unanxious ecstasy in the fashion & shopping experience
